About Me

Hey there,

I was born and raised in Charleston, WV and have been performing since I could stand. I grew up doing theater and have always had a knack for crafting words into stories. I picked up the guitar in high school and didn’t start writing any music until I met my now wife, in 2020.

Inspirations for my music come from old acapella groups that I listened to with my dad growing up in church, indie artists like Bon Iver and Cage the Elephant, singer-songwriters like Foy Vance, Ben Rector, and Ed Sheeran, and even some rappers like Ren and Rex Orange County. I strive to craft stories, to make music that transcends genres (even though I know I fall into some) and create relationships with each and every song.

I am currently working on my debut album that I have been writing for almost two years now. I hope that you can connect with the music as much as I have.
